Zheng Renxi, the founder of Wuxi Yiyang, joined the world’s largest probe card manufacturer in 1995. With over 30 years of experience in the probe card industry, he established Yiyang Electronics in Taiwan, the first company in Taiwan to mass-produce MEMS probe cards. Yiyang is also one of the few companies globally capable of mass-producing probe cards with a pitch as small as 18 microns.

Wuxi Yiyang is an innovative technology company specializing in the research, development, and production of probe cards (including cantilever, vertical, and MEMS probe cards), IC substrates, IC burn-in test systems, and other related products. The company also develops its own production equipment and fixtures, providing comprehensive testing solutions. Yiyang serves China’s IC design, manufacturing, packaging, and testing industries.
